Horror Walk - Escape The Ghouls
Horror Walk - Escape The Ghouls
A virtual event

For 20 years now we have been performing live in Glasgow graveyards, telling tales of death, disease, gruesome forms of entertainment, bodysnatching, witches and witchcraft. This year we are offering this event as an online, at home, fun, interactive tour, which we have filmed in the Glasgow Necropolis, and we have added an escape room scenario into this, to make it a bit more challenging for you all. But, be prepared, 'Mr Dark' is as creepy as ever, and it is entirely up to you to get (virtually) out of the Necropolis, he certainly will not be helping you! This is after all, Glasgow's City of The Dead", the last resting place of Glasgow's great and good... though some perhaps not so great, not so good, and not quite at rest? learn more...

Of course, there have always been royal scandals, throughout time. For this murder mystery we are in Windsor Castle in the year 1861. We are the guests of Queen Victoria and her husband Albert. The family are having a family celebration for Helena's birthday. All of the children of course are present, as is, for the meantime Edward.

Alas Edward, otherwise known as "Bertie", has been getting himself into trouble, and well, there are always consequences of course!

Also present and part of the drama are ghillie John Brown, lady in waiting Sarah Spencer, and................... Nellie Chifden (now, how should we explain Nellie!!) turns up. Wow!

After all, this is a murder mystery dinner, so as good old Taggart himself says................... "There's been a Murder!". So, you tell us, who killed the victim? Why? How?Evidence?......................

Difficult? No, not really, we always give you the first clue and that is quite simply........... follow the evidence, and do not allow yourself to be strung along by any of these characters, despite how innocent they appear!

A Single Shot!
A Single Shot!
A fun, interactive, murder mystery dinner drama

It is Glasgow in the year 1793, and things are very different to how they are now. We have Robert Dreghorn, or as the cruel children of Glasgow would call him "Bob the Dragon " (he was disfigured, due to smallpox as a child). Robert's older sister Elizabeth is part of the drama, and Elizabeth Dreghorn is a passionate woman, very much involved in The Temperance Movement of the day, as indeed is her good friend and companion, the Baillie of the Gorbals! Well, well, and what about our wee Beth, the maid, and her sister Mary Hill who works at the local cotton mill?? As for Maggie Peebles, on the Trongate, oh my..... what on earth happened to her?

Don't be alarmed, it's all very straightforward. Just come along and enjoy your meal alongside these characters and tell us, who shot who? Why? How do you know, ie what evidence do you have? Simple!

That night in the ballroom, well, quite simply things get out of hand. There's singing, dancing, great food and service and that is good and well, but alas, someone is murdered! It couldn't possibly have been Zofia, could it? Her friend? Her mother? What about the guy from the gun club???

Join us, and help the detective from Helen Street try to find out, who killed the victim. Why would they do such a thing? What is your evidence to back this up?
